The bag is pretty, I was surprised that it wasn't lined but in the end it's not a big deal at all. Colissimo delivery... that's another story, the pickup point was supposedly closed, it's a big brand so I have serious doubts, delivery the next day to a post office with quite limited hours when you work, too bad.

I never knew how to finalize my order because the bank told me that the account number did not match the name of the company. Therefore, I did not want to make the transfer without knowing if it was not a false address.

Hello, I remove one star because when opening my package by cutting the tape from the top with scissors, I accidentally scratched the leather of my bag (at the back). The transaction was processed very quickly and courteously. The refund for the second vest was made immediately. The products perfectly match my expectations in terms of appearance and quality. However, a question regarding custom orders unfortunately did not receive a satisfactory response. I will therefore have to contact customer service again.

Mixed feelings about the beige women's sheep net. Ordered in size 38 (my usual size) I found it too big. I did not return it, my mistake, I don't think it's too late since I removed the tag. I still find it pretty but I won't wear it because it's really too loose even with a thick sweater underneath. Conclusion for customers: do not hesitate to return what does not suit you, especially since the after-sales service is very responsive and attentive.

The color of the received garment had nothing to do with that of the website. The garment on the website is hazelnut color and I received a chocolate color. The refund was carried out correctly after its return, assuming the shipping cost (50 euros). The quality of the garment is unbeatable.

Hello, I received my order and one item is missing. I contacted customer service and was told that the item was not available and that it would be sent to me later...... I would have liked to be informed that the item was not available right after the order.... Or at least at the time of delivery: there was nothing!!!!! No information!!!!!

The jacket arrived with defects. An exchange is refused. They do not respond to requests. Only returns from the seller's perspective are possible. Not only was the jacket defective, but their understanding of the law is also lacking :) Unprofessional behavior.

Hello, Sorry for the bad rating, but when you respect a 'size guide', take a safety margin by choosing the size just above, and in the end the jacket is way too small, having to return it at our expense (25 euros after all), it's hard to swallow.

Quality product, very nice and as advertised. Regarding the transport, I was not very satisfied, I imagine due to the transport company. The delivery address was not complete, therefore the delivery could not be made at home and I had to pick up the package at a pickup point.

The person on the phone is very nice and took my requests into account. Fast shipping. The website, however, could be improved in terms of customer ordering, especially for sending a gift to another address. I cannot comment on the quality since it is for Christmas sent to another address....

Still no news about my order it has already been three weeks or more no news, I sent messages on Instagram no response I called them already, a week ago, I was told it would be shipped soon and to this day no response

Quality and interesting price, but no large sizes !!!!

I bought a leather jacket from them costing about 220€ (plus shipping costs, so 240€ in total), after seeing the very positive reviews right here on Trust Pilot... I was probably unlucky, but on the order page, it was guaranteed that the order would be processed within 7 days; I contacted them via email to understand when the item would be shipped, and they first told me they would ship the next day, then (after I prompted them, since a week had already passed since the order) they claimed that if the item is not in stock - and I was not told this at the time of purchase - it can take up to 10 days. Having paid with PayPal anyway, I will wait a few more days and then proceed with the purchase protection request. 20/10/2025 since you cannot reply to the seller's response, I invite them to check the item page I ordered, where at the bottom right it states that the days required for order fulfillment are 7 (and not ten). Unfortunately, there is no possibility here to put a screenshot to prove it, but anyone reading my review should know that I have been shopping online for twenty years from various sites and it happens that even the most reliable seller makes mistakes, only to say that it was the customer who was a bit foolish... 24/10/2025 I received today the clothing item purchased and, to be honest, I changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars, as the quality of the item is excellent (their catalog is also great, in general). For our altercation, I received a partial refund of the expense via PayPal and I saw that they corrected the item page, from 7 to 10 days regarding shipping.

It's a shame that when ordering we are informed of a possible delay of three weeks when the ordered product arrived in 3 days! It's a shame for them, because I almost didn't order because of this delay. So fast delivery, product conforms and of quality, and well packaged.
