Hello, We take your disappointment regarding the size of the boots into account, we are really sorry that they do not suit you. Perhaps you have a high instep, these boots do not have a zip system, elastic for ease and can therefore pose problems for some people. We have been working with this recognized brand for many years, quality recognized. Thank you to the entire team at Cuirs Guignard. I live on the island of Reunion, on vacation in the mainland, I went to the store the day before the end of my stay. I saw a small jacket that I liked but it was no longer available in black. I was able to order it and have it delivered to my home.
