I received my shoes very quickly, they are beautiful. They hurt my feet a bit, but that's quite logical with real leather. They will 'adapt' as we say in our country ;-) Thank you!

Item ordered for the first time, then returned because too small. The exchange was made very very quickly. Item received in the right size, of very good quality and in line with my expectations. Only small downside, return of the item at my expense.

Hello, Sorry for the bad rating, but when you respect a 'size guide', take a safety margin by choosing the size just above, and in the end the jacket is way too small, having to return it at our expense (25 euros after all), it's hard to swallow.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We are sorry, we have a size guide that remains general, but some jackets have a more fitted cut than others and vice versa... Just like here with the bomber, the wool takes up volume, it's not like a polyester or satin lining, it takes up more space. We are here to guide you as best as we can by email or phone if needed, do not hesitate. But it happens that the size is not the right one, it is not always obvious and that is why there is the possibility to exchange or be refunded. We understand your disappointment and we are sincerely sorry. Best regards. ETS GUIGNARD

Quality product, very nice and as advertised. Regarding the transport, I was not very satisfied, I imagine due to the transport company. The delivery address was not complete, therefore the delivery could not be made at home and I had to pick up the package at a pickup point.

The person on the phone is very nice and took my requests into account. Fast shipping. The website, however, could be improved in terms of customer ordering, especially for sending a gift to another address. I cannot comment on the quality since it is for Christmas sent to another address....

I was skeptical before ordering my leather jacket online, without trying it on, and I am absolutely delighted!! The jacket is beautiful, with very nice finishes and a perfect fit! The leather is of high quality. And above all, the help to choose the size according to measurements helps avoid a sizing mistake!
