Quick email correspondence. Very fast delivery and well packaged. I just regret a too simple packaging (plastic bag from the store) I would have liked a nice box or a small fabric to highlight the quality of the brand. The jacket is very pretty and of good quality. Regarding the delivery, no problem. However, there is a defect, the lid is not straight. Disappointing to offer a gift like that! ETS Guignard was very responsive (within the hour that followed), I am returning the pouch which they will replace.
