Pretty boots matching the ordered model but the leather is very stiff. Any tips or tricks to soften it? Best regards,

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We are really sorry that you did not find your happiness, we have been working with our cowboy boot brands for several years now and our customers are satisfied with the quality but depending on the shape of the foot, high instep and/or too strong calves it happens that it does not fit and we are really sorry, best regards ETS GUIGNARD

The ankle boots are very pretty but even with a sole they remain large, if I had known I would have ordered a size down.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We take your comment into account and we have been selling this jacket very well for several seasons, its leather is top-notch, of good quality, with a very nice aged look and more modern. But a jacket cannot please everyone, cut, shape, finish, but in no case is it of poor quality! We indeed canceled your order upon receipt of your package and the refund was made the same day, sincerely Guignard.
