The package was taken in charge on 16/12 by the post office, on 18/12, it is noted, Package not delivered, the recipient has been informed of its next availability at their usual post office. Hello Mrs. Cambier, We are truly surprised by your message, we are not used to throwing jackets as you note, quite the opposite, and you will notice that you are the first to make this remark. We ship the clothing in our 100% recyclable CUIRS GUIGNARD plastic bags, the garment is folded flat inside to avoid bad creases during transport. The package is indeed in cardboard, of very good quality to arrive in good condition at delivery, it is plain without advertising to avoid theft. As you note, this product is of very nice quality and worth its price, it makes a nice silhouette and the quality is top, we have no returns on this product.
