Hello, You ordered on our site on 08/10 for a pair of boots ref 205 in size 39. As noted on the product sheet, the delivery time is 15 days / 3 weeks. They come directly from our supplier in Spain. Your package is scheduled to depart this afternoon or Thursday morning at the latest, which is 8 / 10 days after your order, so we have largely respected our deadlines. As for payment, you opted for an immediate debit payment, so the charge is made on the same day as the purchase, we have no control over it. Hoping to have best addressed your dissatisfaction.
