Hello Mr. Germann, We are really sorry to have disappointed you to this extent, you indeed received your jacket and a snap was defective and you found the buttons too loose, we sent you the same day a return label for its return. It is indeed disappointing to receive a garment in this state, we did what was necessary as quickly as possible and took care of everything. As soon as we received your package, we sent the jacket to one of our seamstresses who changed the snap and checked all the buttons, resewed the one that was loose and reinforced the others. We also sent you a promo code by email for a future order. When you received your package, you expressed your disappointment, we apologized and therefore offered to refund you. I bought a SCHOTT aviator jacket as a Christmas gift. The delivery was very fast. The size being a bit tight I requested an exchange specifying that I could only return the jacket at the beginning of January. The new jacket was delivered just as the old one was shipped.
