Good evening, I already sent you an email to cancel my order... I find it abnormal that a modern online sales site announces, I quote: "3 to 4 weeks of delivery, UNLESS in stock" and at the same time charges you 12€ for shipping (corresponding to the cost of a Chronopost and not a colissimo), and moreover immediately cashes the price of the ordered item. Either it is in stock, which should be the most logical and therefore deliverable in 48/72 hours and everyone is happy; or it is not. But in that case honesty would require that we be clearly informed before recording the order and not afterwards. This avoids wasting time!!! Now if you have gullible customers who accept to finance you for 3 or 4 weeks while waiting for you to bring the item from your supplier drop by drop, good for you. But I will not be one of those. Everyone knows that stocks cost a company dearly, but you cannot then profit on all fronts... To each their own. Best regards, CG

Huge selection, reasonable prices, perfect shipping. Just, on the boots, the heel is glued, not the rest. If I want it to last, I have to go to the cobbler. Too bad.

Very good product. One problem is that the main zipper pops open. I won't return the jacket because I rarely have the chance to close it. That's why I only give four stars. Otherwise, the jacket is very beautiful, and I would have given five stars without this annoying defect.

So first time I ordered a coat for my wife on this site, 490 euros including shipping and surprisingly surprised by the quality of it. There are a few stains if we can call it that near the pockets and a button but nothing disturbing and especially for real leather which as we know is 'imperfect'. Don't hesitate to treat yourself even for the size, it's custom-made for my wife.

I made a mistake on my size, so I am simply exchanging it because the product is impeccable.

Well-made site, fast parcel shipping by Colissimo with 12€ delivery fees. So far no problem except that the parcel never arrived at my home. The post office says it is in the process of redelivery, I received a notice in my mailbox but the parcel is nowhere to be found. I made a complaint to the Post Office but nothing is happening. Given the price of the order, I am quickly waiting for a response. What to do?

Very beautiful bag but after a week I lost a small barrette with its screw that held the loop of a handle!!! Luckily it fell to the bottom of the bag otherwise ....?????

Very practical website, the leathers are very beautiful, very short shipping times. Only downside: the packaging (jacket in a plastic bag inside a box) does not protect enough from bumps or punctures during transport.

Ordered a leather jacket on the last day of the sale (03/02) at a competitive price, the jacket arrived at home on 03/06, in a large box with a good-sized hanger, nothing to say everything is as ordered, the next leather will probably be from Guignard!

I ordered a fitted brown jacket, simple cut, what I was looking for. Quality of the leather, matching what I expected, the size too. However, the color of the leather is darker than in the photo... I am very satisfied overall. The shipping is fast and done carefully: the leather is in a bag, then in a box, the hanger is offered and handed over against signature. ???? I recommend.

I received a very nice leather jacket, of very good quality. It is a reliable site with good order tracking and fast shipping. The only small downside is the shipping costs. It is a shame that the shipping costs are so high (12 euros..) and at the buyer's expense when buying a jacket over 180 euros.. On many sites, shipping costs are free from a certain amount.

I made a return on a size, I am waiting for the package again.
