The leather is perfect, the color beyond my expectations, however the XL size is small. It's not that I'm big (I think) but a bit of a swimmer's shoulders and I thought XL would allow for a wide range of motion in the arms and back but it's quite tight. But I'm happy anyway, I think it will work out.

Despite our precise measurements info, hip 90cm added to the order of a T.40, we received, without prior contact, pants with a 78cm hip circumference without size, material, or manufacturer labels sewn on the reverse...! Just a handwritten T.40 label tied to a belt loop. A double manifest error that the seller refused to admit, questioning the probity supported by the client's evidence, while boasting their professionalism! The 501 style is only partly "the 501 style" because it's lower-waisted and not Regular at all. No one is immune to an error, you just need to know how to recognize it commercially. Purchase fully refunded, fortunately.

Regarding the delivery, no problem. However, there is a defect, the lid is not straight. Disappointing to offer a gift like that! ETS Guignard was very responsive (within the hour that followed), I am returning the pouch which they will replace.

Wrong size. You say you have no size issues. Yet I buy a lot of clothes and I ordered even one size up from my usual size and it does not fit. I even compared it with a jacket previously purchased from you. 2 different sizes and yet the measurements are identical. Extremely disappointed. I will not order again. This is the second time I order and the same size problem..

I ordered a leather that was not at all up to my expectations, I was surprised by the quality of the lamb leather which really felt plastic, as for the synthetic fur I didn't like it either but I didn't know, sheep wool would have been good.
