Very serious site and company reachable quickly by phone without having a call center and pressing multiple keys for long minutes before getting someone - which is rare these days! On the line; competent, friendly people and good advice I had ordered a pair of cowboy boots for my husband. Upon receipt ('quick) I was not satisfied, so I returned them following the procedure (well indicated on the site and reminded by a notice in the package) I was refunded extremely quickly without having to do anything else I highly recommend the site "cuirs Guignard" and will not hesitate to make other purchases on this site and recommend it to those around me

Hello, It is very nice to find leather clothing in large sizes. I ordered a jacket: well tailored, good quality leather. The delivery was very fast. Very good idea to give a quality hanger, very useful.

The leather ordered does not match the photo published on the Cuirs Guinard site. The color did not match at all. The texture of the leather was of very poor quality, not uniform, with many imperfections like wrinkling, as well as the way at the seams. The thickness of the leather resembled more of cigarette paper than lamb as specified on the page. In short, compared to the price requested, 239€ for a women's jacket, one could say that there is deception regarding the merchandise.

Hello, We acknowledge your feedback and are sorry to have disappointed you to this extent. We do not deceive the customer in any way, we have been selling this product and this quality without issues for several years, it is indeed lamb leather! Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Hello, it's a shame about the jacket sizes. For an XXL, you need a 4XL... it's a shame for the postage costs... to exchange... super nice jacket....

The leather is perfect, the color beyond my expectations, however the XL size is small. It's not that I'm big (I think) but a bit of a swimmer's shoulders and I thought XL would allow for a wide range of motion in the arms and back but it's quite tight. But I'm happy anyway, I think it will work out.

Despite our precise measurements info, hip 90cm added to the order of a T.40, we received, without prior contact, pants with a 78cm hip circumference without size, material, or manufacturer labels sewn on the reverse...! Just a handwritten T.40 label tied to a belt loop. A double manifest error that the seller refused to admit, questioning the probity supported by the client's evidence, while boasting their professionalism! The 501 style is only partly "the 501 style" because it's lower-waisted and not Regular at all. No one is immune to an error, you just need to know how to recognize it commercially. Purchase fully refunded, fortunately.

Hello. Very nice jacket, good quality leather, the size fits me very well, but you did not take into account the length of the sleeves, I mentioned it in the order. But the jacket is of good quality, beautiful interior and exterior finishes, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you, and have a nice day. Michel Vermorel.

Regarding the delivery, no problem. However, there is a defect, the lid is not straight. Disappointing to offer a gift like that! ETS Guignard was very responsive (within the hour that followed), I am returning the pouch which they will replace.

Hello, We acknowledge your feedback and this issue as we have not been informed. It is indeed indicated that the package was delivered to your address on Friday, November 20. We will also make a claim on our side to open an investigation, we usually do not have this issue as packages must be handed over in person against a signature or otherwise deposited at the post office. Unless I am mistaken, there is no size guide for shoes on your site. I had to do some research on the brand's merchant site offering the same product with a precise size guide. Therefore, you will need to do the same to help your customers in their search!

Hello, You placed an order on the site on Sunday, November 8, it was prepared and shipped by us on Monday, November 9. You were informed of the shipment by email with the colissimo link to track the delivery, the post office detailed the steps by email 5 times and all the emails were opened on your side. The post office presented your package for home delivery on Friday, November 13, client absent, then on November 14, so it is available in your post office, you have a period of 10 working days to go and pick it up. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Hello, We are really sorry that the delivery is so long, your package was deposited at the post office on 10/11. It is stated on the tracking that the package was to be delivered on Friday but that was not the case, then on Saturday access to the delivery address was impossible, you were informed by email of this issue on Saturday 14/11. We hope that your package will finally be delivered to you today and we are sorry for this involuntary inconvenience on our part. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Wrong size. You say you have no size issues. Yet I buy a lot of clothes and I ordered even one size up from my usual size and it does not fit. I even compared it with a jacket previously purchased from you. 2 different sizes and yet the measurements are identical. Extremely disappointed. I will not order again. This is the second time I order and the same size problem..

Small issue upon receipt, but quickly handled by customer service, while everything went perfectly for the order. We know well the quality of this seller, especially if we have the chance to go to the shop in La Rochelle where the seller on the upper floor is particularly professional and cheerful with a very wide choice.
