Hello, The shade is different from that of the photo. The python stands out because the rest is much darker and I really liked this homogeneous side in the photo. Moreover, the python part is thinner, which weakens the boot. I could have given only 3 stars for the lack of the classic bulb of the reinforced Mexican boots with metal, but I saw that the Mayura brand does not do it (too bad because it's a big plus. Otherwise, I am still quite satisfied.

Hello, You placed an order on 12/04/2019 on our site, the boots were shipped the same day. We have not received any feedback from you regarding the order received for almost a month. Often customers inform us if there is an issue with size, colors, shoe size, or others by email or phone rather than on Trustpilot. We were very surprised to learn this way, we did our research. And indeed, upon checking the boxes in the store, we just found in one box one foot of 2944 and one foot of 3396, two very similar models that were mistakenly put back in the same box by negligence by a customer or one of our sellers. Our apologies for this inconvenience, we have just sent you a prepaid return label for the return of the package and a commercial discount to apologize. Very good product, beautiful leather, well cut, reasonable price, fast delivery, I will recommend this site. One downside: for the chosen model, a zipper that closes completely (just at the top of the spencer), and not only halfway, would have been more suitable and would have avoided the formation of a small crease when the jacket is closed.

A small delay in shipping and no information on tracking. After a phone call to Cuirs Guignard, the shipment was made by Chronopost at the expense of Cuir Guignard. No extra charge. Product arrived on time. The product conforms to the description, size OK, good apparent quality. Serious company that takes responsibility and ensures in case of problems. It's quite rare to mention.
