Fast shipping but received a defective new product (inner seams torn). Hence the 4 stars instead of 5... On the other hand, excellent customer service: attentive, quick, efficient, and pleasant!! Product returned at their expense because it was defective and a new item sent in excellent condition and in accordance with my order. I highly recommend this site.

I ordered a jacket that unfortunately was no longer available. Great responsiveness from the team who immediately offered a commercial gesture for the inconvenience. New order placed and jacket received and of good quality, very soft lamb leather. Nice purchase from a site I didn't know at all. Bravo.

I am completely satisfied with my order, but it's a pity that the most stylish products often stop at size 50 and sometimes less! What a disappointment when after having a crush on a model you have to resign yourself to choosing what is left! As for the welcome and the deadlines, nothing to say: it is very satisfactory.

I love my jacket but I was very unhappy because I did not receive all emails after my order. No order confirmation or delivery email.
