First purchase at 'Cuir Guignard', no shipping issues. The jacket had a dark stain at the top of the right sleeve that falls into the armpit fold when worn. So we kept it.

Fast and unexpected delivery because when I ordered it was expected to take 15 days! So very satisfied from that point of view. Address problem but very responsive customer service. Delivery without issues and very fast. My only reservation comes from the fact that my shoes which were not soled (Sendra, so brand habit to prove "all leather") were not accompanied by recommendations on this subject. It wasn't my first pair, but I think of those who won't expect it or who more foolishly will wear their shoes in that state. A big waste in perspective... In short, a little note of advice for maintenance, both short and long term, doesn't seem superfluous to me.

Order and delivery without any issues. A few small traces of glue or varnish on the back. Following my call, the Guignard house retrieved the jacket (return costs at their expense) and returned it to me a few days later cleaned. I rarely leave a review after an online order but here... really delighted with the service and I am quite demanding.

Unfortunately, the pair of boots you ordered was out of stock with our supplier (manufacturer of the Sancho brand) at the same time. First purchase on this site, no payment issues proposed in 3 installments, which I used, only downside, I requested a delivery to a post office pickup point and they sent it to my personal address. If I chose a parcel pickup point, it’s because I am not home during the day. So I had to wait until Saturday to go to the post office.
