A disaster... An order placed on the Web then a proposal to finally go to the store to try the products and in the store, they are not the same products. In short, ultimately no order...

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, we are very very surprised by your message, we had you on the phone. You indeed placed an order online and preferred to go to the store for fittings, so we immediately canceled the order. You were supposed to go to our store in Nantes. We do not have much choice in men's pants and they are indeed the same in-store as on the site, we are sorry that you did not find your happiness.... Best regards

The heel part is way too tight, it is very difficult to take off the boots despite a larger size, following a phone conversation and return at my expense, no exchange possible because they have been worn for half a day, first and last time with you

Hello, we have taken your feedback on the 1920V boots into account. It is a model of high cowboy boots, slim, you may find them narrow at first, the leather needs to stretch. If however, it is really painful, not pleasant, in that case, the size is not right and you need to proceed with an exchange. For that, you need to fill out the online return form and the necessary will be done upon receipt of your package. For any questions or others, we are always reachable by email or by phone at 0549814694. Hoping that you were satisfied with your navigation on the site, the placing of your order, the delivery of your package, and our customer relationship. We wish you a pleasant day. ETS GUIGNARD

The company DPD that was supposed to deliver the package did not bother to ring the doorbell. They immediately dropped off the package at a pick-up point.

Hello, We are sorry for your delivery, we work with the post office in colissimo delivered against signature, but for your shipment to Belgium it is DPD that takes over. We checked and indeed your package was dropped off at a nearby pick-up point with adapted hours from 11 am to 8 pm. We are really sorry for this inconvenience, sincerely ETS GUIGNARD

Hello, The bag I ordered was ultimately no longer available... I was informed quickly. The company even contacted me to send them a bank account for a refund. A bit disappointed not to have received the bag I fell in love with... Gwladys.

Complete and precise telephone information. 4 stars because the product has a small defect in my opinion (small deformation or stretched suede at the bottom of the jacket).

Very good quality leather jacket, well packaged, fast shipping. Size a bit too big, I took size M for 1.83m and 88kg and broad shoulders, and according to the size guide I was almost advised on a size L.

The boots are comfortable and pretty and look like what was proposed, however the sole stitching was not recessed and so if I hadn't had them resoled right away it would have been a big problem! It's a shame otherwise it would have been perfect

Fast order, bomber very true to the photos, very pleasant to wear, I love it. No regrets. The only downside is that the seam connecting the hood to the zipper allowing it to detach from the coat is already coming undone after just 2 weeks of use..

Everything fine except for the shipping and return costs for size changes or items themselves.., they should be borne by the seller, since they are items with a quite relevant price.
