I appreciated the quick turnaround, the quality of the product, and the return and refund process. Unfortunately, I had to return the product that didn't fit me. My complaint is that despite the measurements requested during the order, no one told me that my usual size would not fit. I think the clothing runs large and for me, there was no smaller size. All our packages are delivered by post in colissimo with signature upon receipt, as you have noticed on your previous orders. We are sorry if the delivery person did not want to go up the 8 floors to drop it off for you, we do not know how delivery people work in your area, the only thing requested is a hand delivery and you clearly indicate that the delivery person rang and asked you to come retrieve the package at the bottom of the building so for a hand delivery.
