If you could have sturdier boxes for transport. Internet eats everything and the arrival of packages is sometimes very surprising. This is everywhere. Excellent experience! Even after purchase, I was able to get customer service for additional advice, and they were more than quick and efficient! The box placed in a store bag (with its card) is certainly a detail, but it confirms that we are dealing with a physical store, and gives us the pleasure of feeling like we have left the store with our purchase! An important detail, given the number of sites that are just warehouses, without a real shop. I know where to turn for my next cowboy boot purchases! :)
