Then, we always inform you by email, the day of preparation of the package and its departure, with the colissimo link to track the delivery of your package. The only issue that may arise but we cannot do much about it, is that the email address provided when creating your profile is incorrect or our emails are in your spam! The email with the colissimo link was sent to you on 06/11 at 16:06, moreover, we notice that you received 2 emails from the post office on 07/11, one at 13:30 and the other at 20:53 and both emails were opened.
