Good evening, we are aware of this issue as we have not been informed either by email or by phone. We just tried to reach you by phone without success, a message was left on your voicemail. The package was taken in charge on 16/12 by the post office, on 18/12, it is noted, Package not delivered, the recipient has been informed of its next availability at their usual post office. And on 19/12, that the package is available at the pickup point chosen by the recipient. You can therefore go pick it up since 19/12 at the address you chose. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Received my jacket in a plastic bag thrown in a box, the fur on the hood is not fox but raccoon, I paid very dearly for what it is, very disappointed, but I keep it anyway because it makes a nice silhouette... I had been waiting weeks to treat myself, I will not order from them again...

We ship the clothing in our 100% recyclable CUIRS GUIGNARD plastic bags, the garment is folded flat inside to avoid bad creases during transport. The package is indeed in cardboard, of very good quality to arrive in good condition at delivery, it is plain without advertising to avoid theft. As you note, this product is of very nice quality and worth its price, it makes a nice silhouette and the quality is top, we have no returns on this product.
