Hello everyone, Order received on time, quality at the rendezvous, very nice boots model blues strong 7811 for my part. However, not very nice to send a model that I think was on display. Right shoe sole slightly damaged and without the paper reinforcement inside. Slight scratch also at the heel. A bit disappointed..... Best regards, Maxime.

Hello, First of all, thank you for your message, we are pleased that the boots suit you. But we also want to provide you with some clarifications regarding your comment. This model was not on display, we are a store with boots available for our customers to try on. So customers can wear them and take a few steps in the store until the mirror, which may explain that there are some marks on the sole. In any case, you must absolutely go to a cobbler after wearing them 3/4 times to have a sole protector placed to avoid damaging the leather sole and thus keep your boots for many years. As for the scratch on the heel, we unfortunately did not notice it and are truly sorry, do not hesitate to return them for a refund if needed and we are at your disposal. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Hello, You indeed placed an order on our website on 01/10 for two items for a total amount of 440 €, which you paid by credit card and thus was processed on the same day. In this order, there is a jacket and a pair of cowboy boots, it is clearly indicated on our site the delivery time for each product and on this one it is indicated shipped within 15 days to 3 weeks. We have decided to proceed with only one shipment as the boots are ready quickly. Your package is scheduled for shipment on Thursday, October 10, which is 10 days after the order was placed, so we are well below the indicated timeframe. We are truly sorry but we usually have no issues with the timeframe as it is indicated. We are always reachable by phone, email if you need information or anything else.
