Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 14/02/2019

Hello Mr. Depoortere, You indeed placed an order on our site for two items, a jacket on sale therefore in stock and a pair of Sendra boots no longer in stock in your size. We preferred to proceed with two shipments so as not to make you wait too long and thus receive your jacket as quickly as possible. For the boots, as indicated on the site, the shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks on average. We informed you by email of the shipment of the jacket first and that the boots were in production and would be sent later. We thought you had noticed this point that we highlight on the product sheet and in the cart before payment validation, to avoid this kind of dissatisfaction. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

Product conforms to the description on the site. Shipping time quite long (8 days for a pair of gloves). Packaging box oversized compared to the product (L 52cm x W 41cm x H 16cm). No size guide for gloves. Only the price encouraged me to order on this site which is however pleasant to navigate.

Hello, We take note of your comments, we do indeed have packaging that is a bit too substantial for this type of item, but the majority of our sales are jackets, which we specialize in. However, we will ensure to implement more suitable packaging for small accessories, Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

I just ordered a jacket from them and I am really very satisfied with my product. Careful packaging, beautiful leather for a price that seems reasonable to me, I am charmed. Delivery time, ok. I think I will go directly to the factory for a new purchase. A conquered buyer.

Cuir Guignard, how to say, a top team, as responsive as possible because with my credit card issues they did not hesitate to make the transaction manually, ordered on a Friday, received on Monday, a pair of excellent quality cowboy boots, what more can I say, don't hesitate to buy from Guignard Donnat Cyril and Staneff.

2nd order and this company is still as responsive, diligent and offers quality products. Outside of sale periods, there are always discounts on the prices of certain products. The only downside is that some interesting products are not all available in the customer's size.
