Delivery too long. I am responding to the survey even though I have not yet received my order placed 10 days ago. At a time when most orders are honored within 48 hours, I find this delay becomes abnormal.

Hello, We have just received your message. We are very surprised because we have no delay in sending your package. As specified on the site, the shipping time varies according to the products (ranging from 48 hours to 10 working days for clothing and 15 days to 1 month for non-stock cowboy boots). We inform our customers on each product sheet to avoid surprises regarding the delay and thus disappointment. On the product you ordered, it is clearly noted shipped within 10 working days, you placed the order on the night from Thursday to last Friday, the order has therefore been taken into account since Friday, which is 6 working days. We are a small structure and try to manage our orders and packages as best as possible while respecting the indicated deadlines and we try to do our best to satisfy our customers. We can't do better, except perhaps (but that doesn't deserve a star less), to add an explanatory note on the care of the chosen leather with, why not, a sample of the three essential care products. Because currently... I'm struggling to find what would suit best.

Hello, Thank you very much for your feedback, regarding the size, generally speaking, if you take a size 44, you need an XXL but the leather fits quite small, so you shouldn't hesitate to take an additional size, as you did with a 3XL.
