Very satisfied with the service. Item delivered in good condition. Only downside: the delivery was supposed to be against the handover of a code to the delivery person within a specific time slot. The delivery person came 3 hours later while we were absent. He left the package on the doormat while our house is directly on the street. We were lucky, the package was still there.

If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

Hello, you ordered a pair of cowboy boots on November 1st, a public holiday (+ the day before the weekend), we took it into account on Monday, November 4th. As indicated on our site, you should allow 15 days / 3 weeks for delivery. The order has therefore been in progress for only a week and we inform you that it is being prepared for shipment today or tomorrow at the latest. I had taken the precaution of calling for the color. We wanted an orange pouch. The person indicated to me that the mention cognac was due to the nomenclature but that the color was indeed orange as in the photo. Disappointment, the received pouch is not orange but cognac!!!!!!
