Customer reviews of Cuirs Guignard

Very nice three-quarter Delivery top Customer service also A customer for years and never disappointed! Thank you

Super happy with my cowboy boots. Blue leather. This is my third pair. I have a black leather pair and a pair in python skin. very fast delivery. Perfect size. Lots of choices on the site, only downside is that there are only 2 brands represented

Very satisfied with my purchase

The lavender jacket is splendid! Well cut, beautiful material, beautiful color. I am delighted. And the customer service is very attentive. All made in France for a really affordable price!

Serious establishment. Jacket purchased of great quality, perfect size, reasonable price. Shipping by Colissimo, good for local business. To recommend without reservation.

Super well respected and well scheduled deadline Thank you

The jacket that was delivered to me is very good and meets my expectations... the delivery was fast.

The contact and the products are excellent

Having recently purchased a leather jacket, be careful with the size despite the size guide. After measuring my chest which corresponds to XL, I decided to order 2XL for more comfort. After receiving the jacket and trying it on, I was not comfortable in my movements especially since in winter, you can have a sweater on. I requested an exchange for 3XL, the transaction by phone went well and the shipping was fast. Now I am comfortable in this jacket.

Order processed quickly, no delivery issues and beautiful perfect, true to the photo. A big congratulations!

Perfect! Quality product and fast shipping. Thank you

Very nice bag.. nice quality. Super. Thank you

The quality of the leather is very good, it has no smell like some do. The bag was very well packaged, the delivery went smoothly. In short, nothing to complain about. If necessary, I will order again from Guignard.

Very good transaction. Very good customer service on the phone.

Excellent telephone support. Julien advised me perfectly and my order arrived without any issues.

Perfect, nothing to say, fast delivery

The product I purchased is of very good quality. The inquiries about the most suitable size were answered instantly and the recommendation received was accurate. Very good shopping experience.

Great product, fast delivery

The product meets my expectations.

I received my leather jacket in less than a week, very well packaged (box, bag). The leather is of good quality, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend.

Delighted with my order and the welcome/advice via phone from the person I spoke to before confirming my cart. We are dealing here with a small network of real physical stores that also do online sales and not just a dehumanized platform with call center employees, and you can feel it in the knowledge of the products, which is really nice, builds trust, and encourages you to proceed to the purchase. In short, it's real commerce. Otherwise, the ordered product was received quickly, well packaged, and fully compliant with the prior exchanges. In the end, I really recommend this site and will not hesitate to order again from them, whether for myself or other family members.

Nothing to say, the delivery and the quality of the product seem very reasonable, to see over time.

Delighted with the bag I ordered.

Nothing to say, very professional and fast! Attention for the Swiss, customs fees are exorbitant!!

Very good value for money

Order placed, the item was out of stock, I contacted customer service because it was a gift. The person did everything possible for me to be delivered on time. Very satisfied with the transaction, I recommend more and more.

very satisfied with the product

Very fast delivery... quality product...

Nothing to report, I live in the DOM and received my order without any problems with regular communication about the status of my order. The latter was in accordance with the information on the site. I recommend.

Following my visit to their site. While passing through La Rochelle, I stopped by their store. Great welcome, a huge selection, quality leather boots. They didn't have my size in the color I wanted, however, they let me try them in another color to make sure for my order. I appreciate the proposal and the availability of the seller who, by the way, explains the history of the Guignard house and stores. THANK YOU. The delivery is fast. I should receive them tomorrow and I am sure my expectations will be met. I am more than satisfied. I recommend.

Order delivered quickly, quality product.

Order placed on April 25, 2024. My payment was accepted the same day and since then I have had no new information. I do not know if and when my package has been sent.

First order with you, and it meets our request, top-notch, very fast, a team that listens, and very nice ?? We will be back soon ?? ... A big congratulations to you. See you very soon ??

The pants are presented in a 501 cut. Be careful, I have a 501 jeans in size 44 that is a bit big for me and I had to take a 46 for the leather pants. That being said, good quality, nice cut, and very satisfied.

The order arrived in 3 days from France to Spain. The jacket is perfect, matches the description and the photos. The size is correct according to the size guide on the website. Everything is great!

Overall, I am quite satisfied. Please improve the photos so that the colors are as accurate as possible.

Really fast delivery. Good communication. Was worried about deadline, but staff assured me via mail it was on time; indeed the package arrived two days before consigned date. The item seems of great quality ( haven't used as it's for a present).

It was a gift and the person is very satisfied. Careful shipping, quality item.

Very nice visual presentation on the site and it is exactly what I received within a perfect timeframe and the amount was debited upon receipt.

A sure value. I love this brand.
