Hello, during the first fittings it is indeed always quite difficult to put on and take off but it should not be painful. Do not hesitate to try with a plastic bag, the foot slips much better than in a sock. If it is really tight, do not hesitate to return for an exchange instead of doing anything at a shoemaker... have a nice day
