I ordered some boots which have still not arrived. I paid all the charges on the website. I have now received a letter from a delivery company saying I have to pay a whopping £102 in customs and excise charges to receive the parcel. There is no mention of this on the transaction. I am waiting for someone to get back to me. I would have never ordered the boots if I knew this. Update: Cuirs Guignard have responded have have helped with the cost of the Customs Duty and clearance tax which I got charged, I paid the VAT. So I'm very appreciative of their response. Thank you, good customer service.

Bonjour, Nous avons bien pris en compte votre message, nous tenons à préciser que c'est bien indiqué sur le site que vous avez acheté HT( exonération TVA ) . C'est pour un envoi en Angleterre, la paire de botte a été réglée 249.17 ht au lieu de 299 ttc , il est obligatoire ensuite de régler les frais de douane pour récupérer le colis comme pour tout achat en France vers L'Angleterre. Nous nous renseignons concernant le montant indiqué dans votre message qui ne nous parait pas cohérent ! Bonne journée

After much hesitation to buy online given the price of cowboy boots, I first called to be reassured and then to get advice on the size. Now I highly recommend the perfect size, comfort (for country) super not bad on the feet, the top the leather is super. Just the color does not match the photo, I expected turquoise blue and they are navy blue. But since they are very beautiful, I kept them. I highly recommend
