Lack of follow-up on the current order! I had to call to know the availability, the delay, and the approximate delivery date set at (15 days) payment was taken well before even delivery!? Upon receipt of the package, the color of the boots did not match the photo on the site!? Quite disappointed.

Hello, We acknowledge your message, we would like to clarify that you ordered Mayura boots, it is clearly indicated that you should expect a delay of 15 days / 3 weeks. You placed the order on Thursday 19/05 and the package was shipped on Tuesday 31/05, so well within the time frame. We sent you an email when the order was placed with the payment receipt, you paid by credit card so yes, the payment is made on the same day! Regarding the boots, we are truly sorry if they do not bring you complete satisfaction, in that case, if they are indeed new and unworn, do not hesitate to return them for an exchange or a refund. The boots are indeed blue azul in a polished, aged leather, they are even more beautiful in reality than in the photo, it is true that they are darker navy than jeans! Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Our previous leathers, purchased in Mauléon in 2000 (we lived then 20 minutes away, but now more than 2 hours), starting to wear out, we took advantage of a week of vacation in La Rochelle to renew the wardrobe. Fittings on site, always sharp advice, measurements for necessary alterations done on site, then postal reception after adjustments less than a week later, everything is still perfect. We highly recommend, and thank the team in place for the quality of the welcome and advice, a team just as efficient and commercial as that of Mauléon over 20 years ago. This must be what they call the family spirit ??

It is certainly not easy to order a leather jacket online, but that said, I had the option to exchange if I encountered a problem. I bought a lambskin down jacket, it is superb, no defects, at least not visible, and the size is very accurate. Moreover, the delivery was made within 3 days, which reflects the seriousness of this store and I thank them for it.
