Fast and well-protected shipping. Beautiful quality jacket. Good experience that I will repeat and recommend to my friends. A downside for the delivery, package delivered at home upon presentation of the QR code, so obligation to be present and the post office does not respect its commitment. Blocked an entire day at home and delivery the next day at noon without being informed.

The quality of the leather is superior to what you can find in stores, unfortunately... the sizes do not match (too small, the XL corresponds to an L and there is no XXL). Too bad. The delivery deadline was respected, however the product does not match the description on the site where it is noted lamb leather while it is sheep leather, the appearance is not at all the same. So disappointed. The finish of lamb and sheep is not the same, lamb is much smoother. Oakwood notes well on its site sheep leather and not lamb leather.

Hello, we have just become aware of your review regarding your purchase on 26/04 for a women's leather jacket from the Oakwood brand ref 62065. It is a flagship product of the collection, we have not received any unhappy feedback on it. Regarding the skin, as you know, lamb and sheep are the same animal, the Oakwood brand notes on its labels material always sheep and does not make a distinction. Whereas on our side, we differentiate between sheepskin with visible sheep fur and lamb skins used for jackets. We have in no case lied in the description! I ordered a size L red leather vest, my partner tried it on and it seemed a bit tight, no matter I will exchange it for size XL. First snag it is not available in red but in black, well let's move on, it will be fine anyway. The return and exchange went well a little over a week... And then big disappointment, the size XL after trying is smaller than the size L in red.

So first time I ordered a coat for my wife on this site, 490 euros including shipping and surprisingly surprised by the quality of it. There are a few stains if we can call it that near the pockets and a button but nothing disturbing and especially for real leather which as we know is 'imperfect'. Don't hesitate to treat yourself even for the size, it's custom-made for my wife.
