Very disappointed because I wear size 42, even 43 depending on the models. To avoid taking risks, I chose to take the model in 43 even if it meant putting a sole inside just in case. Big surprise: impossible to put on the boots, my heel wouldn't fit... I don't understand because I have a rather thin foot and ankle so I think the design of the model is not appropriate...hence my return. For a first purchase at this price, I am very disappointed...

I am only half satisfied because the size 44 I received is not perfect. My friend wears 44 for all his pants and here he is missing 2 cm at the waist, it is too tight... since I bought it for his birthday he did not want to exchange it, especially since the only available size would be 46 and that the pants would not fall well because apart from the waistband that tightens, the rest fits perfectly.

We sometimes have issues with the sizing of pants, as depending on the brands and materials, customers are a bit lost about their sizes. Indeed, our size 44 pants measure 44 cm flat at the waist, the leather does not have any elastane so it is impossible to gain one or two cm, a 44 really measures 44. When customers ask us for help with pant sizing, we always advise measuring their pants rather than looking at the size label because often they realize that their 44 may actually be more like a 46! Hello, I am completely satisfied with my order. The product is of quality (very good leather quality, very neat finishes...) and matches the description on the site. I was very well received on the phone for additional information. The only small downside is the processing time of the order, which I found a bit long. Fast, careful delivery and within the deadlines. Good quality travel bag. However, the color was not what was expected compared to the photos on the site. It was an orange cognac while in the photo it was a light brown cognac. Since it was a gift, we do not know if the person dared to say they were disappointed but they had asked for a brown bag...

Regarding the quality of the jacket, impeccable, but 12 euros for shipping plus 16 euros 50 for the return is a bit expensive for a jacket whose measurements are not respected. I myself have a jacket size 7 XL and yours is missing almost 20 cm.

You indeed ordered a size 7XL but in a perfecto style which is therefore very fitted to the body and we lose one to two sizes at the body level due to the asymmetrical closure. The shape may not be suitable, we try our best to have choices in larger sizes. We clearly state on the site that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, you should expect an average of 12 euros for a return via colissimo, depending on the weight.
