Regarding the quality of the jacket, impeccable, but 12 euros for shipping plus 16 euros 50 for the return is a bit expensive for a jacket whose measurements are not respected. I myself have a jacket size 7 XL and yours is missing almost 20 cm.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We take your message into account and are sorry that the product does not suit you. You indeed ordered a size 7XL but in a perfecto style which is therefore very fitted to the body and we lose one to two sizes at the body level due to the asymmetrical closure. The shape may not be suitable, we try our best to have choices in larger sizes. We clearly state on the site that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, you should expect an average of 12 euros for a return via colissimo, depending on the weight. Have a nice day ETS GUIGNARD

Following my purchase of a pair of leather boots, I am really satisfied both with the quality and the speed of delivery, and also with the quality of the product. Aside from a very slight scuff on the heel of one of the boots (they will see others), I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this brand.

Hello, the jacket is exactly as it appeared in the photos on the website and thanks to the size guide, I was able to choose mine well. It is very nice and comfortable even with a sweatshirt underneath. The service has been great and the shipping was fast. It arrived in less than a week and I was informed of the process in different emails.

I received my pretty brown leather jacket, there was only a 38 left (and I need a 40 to be comfortable) but I had noticed that the buttons could easily be shifted... Which I did when I received it and it's perfect! ??

Hello, You ordered the Schott LCW 8600 jacket from our site, which we have been selling for years, the visuals are good, provided by the brand. This is the original perfecto from the Schott brand, so we do not understand your opinion and comment at all! Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

I knew the product since I have it in another color. However, it has a disgusting smell. I have aired it since receipt but it is still the same. I don't even know if I will be able to wear the item one day.

Quality item, well packaged for delivery. During this holiday season, it's a shame that there isn't a more suitable packaging than a huge bag for a small pouch.

Very serious site and company reachable quickly by phone without having a call center and pressing multiple keys for long minutes before getting someone - which is rare these days! On the line; competent, friendly people and good advice I had ordered a pair of cowboy boots for my husband. Upon receipt ('quick) I was not satisfied, so I returned them following the procedure (well indicated on the site and reminded by a notice in the package) I was refunded extremely quickly without having to do anything else I highly recommend the site "cuirs Guignard" and will not hesitate to make other purchases on this site and recommend it to those around me
