Hello, We have received your feedback. Regarding the color, it is an aged and polished leather, so it is normal to have differences in shades and tones. The photos are taken in the studio and sent by our supplier. For the size, if you had encountered an issue, you should have contacted us so we could find an adaptable solution (exchange, advice on how to put on the boot (plastic, refund...). The boots and belts are made in Spain, so there is an approximate delay due to transport which is completely normal. The deadlines are respected but we are unfortunately dependent on transport and delivery times. We inform all our customers with the colissimo number as soon as it is shipped so they can track the shipment and be aware of the position of their package at any given moment.
