Very nice quality, but had to take an extra size in the Men's Sendra cowboy boots because of the belt around the boot, luckily he has a slim foot... maybe it should be warned that the customer should be very slim-footed. I therefore give up ordering for Women, my instep does not allow me to own... your cowboy boots site is only for skinny people. Moreover, the return in tracked Collissimo is very expensive. We always specify to our customers who seek advice by phone or by email to take their usual size unless the instep is quite strong. We always find this issue on cowboy boots, as there are no zippers or elastic openings. But we have no issues fitting our customers, regardless of their morphology. On your order, you benefited from free shipping, as for the return costs, we make it clear that it is the customer's responsibility, we are a small structure and cannot afford it. Hello, First of all, thank you for your message, we are pleased that the boots suit you. But we also want to provide you with some clarifications regarding your comment. This model was not on display, we are a store with boots available for our customers to try on. So customers can wear them and take a few steps in the store until the mirror, which may explain that there are some marks on the sole. In any case, you must absolutely go to a cobbler after wearing them 3/4 times to have a sole protector placed to avoid damaging the leather sole and thus keep your boots for many years.
