Hello, I received the order this Thursday, the product conforms to the photo. The blue cowboy boots gift for my wife please her immensely. I give 4* because I still find it a shame not to know if the product is in stock before ordering, the delivery time not being the same and I saw the same cowboy boots on another site 15% cheaper with the same reference number. That said, I do not regret this purchase. I can confirm to you that on January 7, 2019, they are displayed at 169.90 on another shoe and leather goods accessories site. Best regards.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, Indeed, we note on the product sheet that the delay varies depending on the availability or not of the product in store on the day of purchase. We are always reachable to inform you as best as possible by phone, email and to indicate the delay. As for the price, we are very surprised, we have been working with this brand for many years, the prices are set with them, we have not seen such price differences. We are happy that the product suits Mrs., these boots are super nice! Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

Good products, a quality site, and especially a friendly, attentive and very professional staff. 4 stars instead of 5 just because the jacket I ordered had a small zipper defect, but the exchange was very quick and efficient, at no cost, and with full respect for the customer. And the jacket is perfect! I recommend this site and this brand. Keep it up!

Difficult to choose a briefcase for a businesswoman! The one chosen arrived quickly, seems to be of quality and is perfectly in line with the presentation. So I validate!

The pants are beautiful and the material is very nice, but 0 durability: Worn for just one evening and the seams at the knees have given way. Very fragile finish, therefore.

The product meets expectations. There should be more pickup points: too far to go get it.

Hello. Very serious site. After a very nice phone welcome to confirm the size, I ordered on the site. The delivery was very fast. The product was well in accordance with the description and of good quality. The only small downside is that it seemed to fit small despite ordering a 2XL. Apart from that.....

Very nice boots, as per the displayed model but had to take them to the cobbler to soften the leather, so stiff that it's impossible to put them on.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, If the size is too tight, do not hesitate to send them back to us for an exchange. As you know, the boots are quite stiff at first, they will soften and stretch when worn. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

Genuine leather jacket met my expectations. Received as agreed within reasonable time, thank you Guignard leather. NB I have already recommended your product in a comment on Amazon with another seller who did not want to take these responsibilities

Order received quickly, but I had to return it because the item was too small. Too bad there is no return label because it cost me 14 euros. Other than that, good quality product as always.

Very good product. Beautiful leather, well packaged. However, the color in the photos is not the same in reality. In the photos, with the light, I was buying a CAMEL leather bag while it is actually shiny brown.

Hello, We are really sorry for this little issue, we try as much as possible to have unretouched photos to be as close as possible to the truth. We sometimes have small nuances with reflections, flash, etc., involuntary, moreover, we sometimes have differences in rendering from one skin to another in the same model. Best regards

Quality leather, speed, no surprises upon receipt, however, the e-commerce site would benefit from having a search by customer size, thus allowing the customer to only consult the items they could wear, especially regarding good deals. The seriousness of the site reflects that of the stores.

If nothing can be reproached regarding the shipping and packaging, on the other hand, it is quite different for the received garment: Three-quarter leather men's down jacket "101086" from the brand "DAYTONA", having ordered size 3XL after a phone exchange regarding my size, it turned out that I could not wear this item, the sleeves being way too tight?! Too bad because overall the garment exuded quality. No issues regarding the refund. HC
