Address problem but very responsive customer service. Delivery without issues and very fast. My only reservation comes from the fact that my shoes which were not soled (Sendra, so brand habit to prove "all leather") were not accompanied by recommendations on this subject. It wasn't my first pair, but I think of those who won't expect it or who more foolishly will wear their shoes in that state. A big waste in perspective... In short, a little note of advice for maintenance, both short and long term, doesn't seem superfluous to me.

The appearance of the jacket is okay. However, I expected a real tailored perfecto in thick leather. The thin layer of leather sewn onto a quilted lining, for me, is not a Perfecto. I ride a motorcycle, so it won't last long. However, I stand by my purchase that I made online....

Order and delivery without any issues. A few small traces of glue or varnish on the back. Following my call, the Guignard house retrieved the jacket (return costs at their expense) and returned it to me a few days later cleaned. I rarely leave a review after an online order but here... really delighted with the service and I am quite demanding.

Very nice coat, thick and warm, the Schott quality is there. Size is indeed quite large, fortunately very good advice via social media for size choice. Just a slight delay of a week to be noted regarding the shipment of the package but nothing too bad, communication was very well assured.

First purchase on this site, no payment issues proposed in 3 installments, which I used, only downside, I requested a delivery to a post office pickup point and they sent it to my personal address. If I chose a parcel pickup point, it’s because I am not home during the day. So I had to wait until Saturday to go to the post office.
