Item too small (size too small), easy return and immediate refund

Excellent item, however the color is misleading compared to the presentation...

Very good, good shop overall. Except received a small defect on the coat..

A lot of choices, good quality but it's a shame that you can't give one address for billing and another for delivery. When giving a gift, it's better. Fast delivery and well packaged.

The jacket is really very good... I don't give 5 stars because I am still waiting for the waterproofing spray. Best regards, Thierry Bourgeois

I placed an order a few days later I was informed that it is no longer available. I was refunded.

Super quality and very fast shipping time. I recommend. However, disappointed not to have been advised on the size. I had provided my measurements and I was between two sizes. I would have liked the customer service to contact me to advise me better. Upon receipt, the size did not match. I had to return at my expense (17€) on an order of 350€. Too bad. I find it unacceptable to pay such an amount and that the return is not covered by the company.

Interesting price, the product corresponds to the description, fast delivery. I recommend the site of this brand.

Timely delivery and jacket well received at the parcel relay. However, I did not receive my entire order, the waterproof spray was not present in the package.

To validate the order and charge me 12€ for shipping fees despite the price paid, no worries. On the other hand, to confirm a delivery before Christmas as planned when ordering, that becomes just as mediocre. Exchange with customer service cold and uncommercial, because if I cancel while the delivery deadline is not respected, it is up to me to pay for the return. A shame, no commercial fiber!!!

Easy navigation on the site, but oakwood product of mediocre quality.

Fast delivery and handling. The only minus is that I couldn't choose delivery to a pick up point, only delivery to my door, which is a villa. Luckily I was home to receive the parcel otherwise it would have been standing outside for hours, exposed to people walking by.

I am happy with the jacket, I did not give 5 stars because the color of the jacket is a bit different from the photo. I saw it as less dark. Otherwise, the cut of the jacket is nice and well fitted.

Large choice, very fast and careful shipping. Competitive price. Slight disappointment, however, regarding the very thin leather which seems very fragile.

If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

Size far too large despite the size guide, fearing that the size might still not be right, return is paid and cost me 10 euros. I opted for a refund once but not twice. However, the item was superb.

I still haven't received my order. So my opinion for now is not closed, however, I have never had a delivery date?

I had taken the precaution of calling for the color. We wanted an orange pouch. The person indicated to me that the mention cognac was due to the nomenclature but that the color was indeed orange as in the photo. Disappointment, the received pouch is not orange but cognac!!!!!!

Aside from the eternal delivery problems, here with the Post, I am very satisfied with the received item...beautiful quality, functional, well presented and packaged

Good quality leather, elegant model. Only downside: The size guide does not match the measurements of the item on the site. I had to request an exchange.

Very good telephone reception and good advice. Product conforms to the presentation. Too bad the manufacturing time was too long compared to the initially planned date.

Fast delivery only downside no email to inform that the order has shipped

Delivery within the expected time. Nice little lady's bag to wear as a shoulder bag. The shoulder strap is a bit stiff, but it will soften over time. However, the magnet placed to close the outer pocket is not placed in the right spot. As soon as the bag is loaded, the magnet is no longer in front and cannot close the outer pocket. Satisfied nonetheless.

Very nice jacket with a magnificent interior. The quality is top! Only downside... it wasn't the right jacket... and unfortunately the one I wanted is no longer available... hence my slightly severe rating... (I ended up increasing it). I just hope that as they told me, they will let me know if it comes back in stock! P.s.: For the quality and fit, I agree, I am willing to increase my rating. For the responsiveness as well, and to thank you in advance for letting me know if there is a restock. However, for the color... absolutely not... it was a very dark brown (dark cognac), this is also supposedly dark cognac but it is much lighter... it flirts with camel... and therefore not necessarily the desired color... But given the good quality of the product (especially the interior which I love) and since the jacket I initially wanted is no longer in stock, I ultimately decided to keep it and I am generally satisfied!
