Hello, I would like to know when I will receive my order already paid for since December 5th because it's a Christmas gift! No possibility, neither by phone nor by email. On the account Order in progress!!!! And a delay that can range from 15 days to a month! Otherwise, regarding the quality of the merchandise, I hope the satisfaction will be 5 stars!
