Serious company. Product conforms to the description sent quickly. However, a big downside regarding the RETURN FEES which are around 13 euros (discouraging for trying on if the product does not fit). Some competing companies do better by offering free returns...

I find the boots I ordered very pretty. The small downside is that they are very very difficult to put on. I think they will stretch a little.

Hello, delighted once again. The 3 handbags gifts from my husband and now my boots, I am super happy. The people are very charming and give good advice, wearing an orthopedic insole I had to take the 40 instead of the 39 and it’s perfect. The leather is a bit stiff but that’s normal, it’s new ??. But I love these boots. Thank you again to the whole team. And long live French products????

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 01/03/2024

We have taken your feedback and the sizing issue into account. However, we did not have any measurements (chest circumference, waist circumference, your height + weight) as indicated on the site when you placed your order to better guide you in choosing your size. We are always available for any questions or others either by email or by phone at the Mauléon store at 05.49.81.46.94. We could have adapted to your request for a possible exchange or others. Best regards.

Everything was perfect. The jacket had been tried on in the store but my size was not available. Order on the site, phone contact for more information, perfect. Timely delivery. Magnificent item, perfectly sized, very nice leather, supple. Like the one my partner bought in the store in La Rochelle, where the welcome was very nice. We will return.
