I paid for pants 241€. The day after receipt, the belt loop stitching came loose. I return the pants. There, I get yelled at because the pants are stained. I am promised a repair without exchange (I spent 241€), No return for 1 week....

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 22/04/2023

Hello Mr. Page, We have just taken your message regarding your review on Trustpilot into account. We took care to make the repair free of charge as requested by you (discussed with you by phone). We advise you to lift your pants by not pulling on the loops but more at the waist to avoid weakening them. As for the condition of the pants, we are sorry but we believe it has been worn; indeed, when we received and opened your package, the pants were stained on the front and back like splashes, that is why we could not exchange it. Your pants left the workshop yesterday and were shipped immediately for delivery to you within 48 or 72 hours maximum (return at our expense). We remain of course at your disposal like for all our customers by email or by phone if you need information or anything else. Wishing you an excellent day. Best regards.

This jacket is exactly what I wanted after looking at the biggest sites selling this type of product. Everything is perfect: style, leather quality, finish, and the number of pockets, just a small problem for me, I am big 105 KG and small 1.65 m so the sleeves are a bit long, well it is not custom-made.

Email sent to ask if a model of boots was in stock, the model was there, I ordered, received within 6 days. Very good. The boots in perfect condition, robust leather inside and out, stitching nothing to say, rubber soles already present. Well packaged. I do not regret my purchase at Cuirs Guignard.
