Fast shipping. Customer service available and located in France. Carefully packaged parcel and invoice included (which is becoming rare). The pilot style leather jacket is perfect both aesthetically and in terms of quality. Reasonable price. Only downside: the zipper is reversed as for a left-handed person. That's unfortunate.

I made a call before placing the order and how to say? I was very well received and got all the information I wanted. The staff was super friendly. And the product was received quickly. Nothing to say, I had no doubt about the product since I had already tried it in another store. It was just 110€ more expensive in that other store. But the big plus really is the relationship, the man I spoke to on the phone was super super super friendly and accommodating. If I return to Cuirs Guinard, it will be largely thanks to the staff, and the discounted prices haha, by the way. But on the human side, I say a big "yes"!

The quality of the leather is there. No size error. The color rendering is just right. The site and the photos are well done: you can see the item worn and all the details. Thus, no unpleasant surprises. Point to improve on the site: the possibility to "set aside" for next time the items long selected (like on Amazon) so as not to have to go through everything again. Delivery by post is not the best choice: they quickly put a paper in the mailbox, which forces you to go out!

The pilot style leather jacket ordered is magnificent aesthetically and of remarkable quality. The size L is conforming (I am 1.75 m tall and weigh 75 kg). Customer service is attentive. The parcel is very well prepared and the invoice is included (which is becoming exceptional). All for a very reasonable price. Perfect service!

I live in the South of France and the specialized dealer in the product I was looking for was closed. So I only had online sales left.
