Leather bought online, to ensure that the leather jacket was indeed in stock in Mauléon as it was the last one in the desired size, I called Cuir Guignard in Nantes, as Mauléon was unreachable. I spoke to a lady, super nice who assured me that if the jacket was on the site, it was indeed in stock and especially that I would receive it before Christmas. I therefore ordered it and received it on time, in careful packaging. The jacket is of super quality and very well tailored.

I ordered boots for my husband, the size did not fit, so we called to make a return because unfortunately there was no larger size for an exchange. We were welcomed by a charming young woman who advised us very well, so we took another pair of more expensive boots, and she still made a commercial gesture, and in addition, the boots were sent very quickly.
