Hello, We have received your feedback. Regarding the color, it is an aged and polished leather, so it is normal to have differences in shades and tones. The photos are taken in the studio and sent by our supplier. For the size, if you had encountered an issue, you should have contacted us so we could find an adaptable solution (exchange, advice on how to put on the boot (plastic, refund...). My shoes were shipped within 48 hours, well-prepared package, the shoes were impeccable and matched my wishes. Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable on my heels, the downside of buying online, I returned the shoes and the refund was processed within 72 hours. Serious company. I recommend.

If you could have sturdier boxes for transport. Internet eats everything and the arrival of packages is sometimes very surprising. This is everywhere. Excellent experience! Even after purchase, I was able to get customer service for additional advice, and they were more than quick and efficient! The box placed in a store bag (with its card) is certainly a detail, but it confirms that we are dealing with a physical store, and gives us the pleasure of feeling like we have left the store with our purchase! The last pair of boots bought at Cuirs Guignard dates back eight years. I have only worn these since. They have endured a certain number of kilometers and are still holding up but are now 'vintage'. Having to go to a wedding, I still needed a presentable pair. So, new purchase of boots. Delivery received 48 hours after the order. A record. And they are splendid and exude robustness. I am now 80 years old and I hope this will not be my last pair.
