I had a handbag sent to my mother. I am happy that she finds it very beautiful, however I regret that she received the invoice in the package.... it was a gift. I had taken care to indicate my own address as the billing address.

Unless I am mistaken, there is no size guide for shoes on your site. I had to do some research on the brand's merchant site offering the same product with a precise size guide. Therefore, you will need to do the same to help your customers in their search!

Hello, We are really sorry, the product did not suit you in color and quality. It is the jacket ref 63779 red from Oakwood, which is indeed red but not as bright as in the photo on the site. As for the quality, it is lamb leather, quite light, of good hold, but in a pistol finish maybe that is what you like less, but at this price...
