Terrible, if a size doesn't fit you like me, they charge you the shipping costs 50 euros, CRAZY, not like city leather that is a company and I ONLY WANTED TO EXCHANGE ONE FOR ANOTHER, CRAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE,

Delivery in record time. Very good quality shoes and beautiful leather that makes this boot surprisingly flexible. A small note, attention to buyers with "big calves", the top of the boot is not adjustable like those for motorcycles.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We have received your feedback. Regarding the color, it is an aged and polished leather, so it is normal to have differences in shades and tones. The photos are taken in the studio and sent by our supplier. For the size, if you had encountered an issue, you should have contacted us so we could find an adaptable solution (exchange, advice on how to put on the boot (plastic, refund...). We are always listening to our customers and we adapt when we can to satisfy them. Best regards.

My shoes were shipped within 48 hours, well-prepared package, the shoes were impeccable and matched my wishes. Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable on my heels, the downside of buying online, I returned the shoes and the refund was processed within 72 hours. Serious company. I recommend.

Thank you for the selection of items and promotions... Guignard leather is as good as other brands, if not better. Finally, all brands are very appreciated and thank you for that. If you could have sturdier boxes for transport. Internet eats everything and the arrival of packages is sometimes very surprising. This is everywhere. It's often very good, but when it's chaos, it's KO not OK... Best regards, .AP.
