Following a delivery delay from the supplier, the Guignard company granted me a financial compensation. I thank them for this commercial gesture. Therefore, I recommend this site to others for its seriousness, its follow-up, and the quality of the packaging of the packages.

I had to make an exchange because the item was too tight, but another size was offered to me without any problem, my contact knowing the profession very well, very good explanation. Nothing to say.

Very satisfied with the quality of the product without defects and good delivery. However, there is a big problem with putting them on, as the instep is too narrow while the size is perfect. It should be specified in the presentation of the item. I will have to go to a cobbler to try to fix this problem? Too bad... Thank you.
