Item cowboy boots Buying cowboy boots is difficult depending on the model size.. Sometimes you have to return and exchange and there is no problem with this company. (Note that returns are at our expense...) I sincerely recommend cuirs-guignards..

The customer service is extremely available and helpful. I had specific questions about the measurements of different models and all the advice and information were provided to me. The shipping is fast and my husband loved the jacket I bought for him for Christmas. Excellent quality.

Honestly, I recommend and it's also made in France. I just had a person who reassured me because the sleeves fall a bit on the hands. I will therefore wear the jacket to break in the elbow and then the company offers to make an alteration just in case.

I have already purchased items from Cuirs Guignard three times. A bomber jacket, a leather bag, a classic leather jacket. All these items were of perfect quality and arrived without any unpleasant surprises. Every time I had to call for additional information about the products (sizes or others), I always found a caring listener and a very professional response. I recommend this merchant site to my friends without any problem.

Very nice jacket, good quality and fast delivery in 2 days. Only downside, a bit large so I recommended one size down and received it 2 days later. Return fees but when ordering with Paypal, the return fees are refunded.

Still as delighted! A fan of the very nice shop in Nantes where my friend and I spent (very) long moments trying, choosing, and discussing with Mr. Guignard and his team (adorable!), I was not disappointed by my magnificent boots purchased via the online shop. I find the quality, impeccable finish, and that extraordinary smell of genuine leather.. See you soon, in Nantes or elsewhere!

Order compliant, my feet have widened with age, I was advised to take the size above, and it's perfect: very comfortable shoes. ?????? (watch out for the pointed toes, fragile)

A little disappointment with the light leather that shows black marks like dots but appreciated commercial gesture from the seller who is very accommodating and attentive! It's serious! If there were no marks, I would have given 5 stars!

What more can I say when giving 5 stars. Initially, a very large choice and navigation on the site accessible to all. Everything is fast, order placed on a Friday, Colissimo shipped on Saturday, box delivered on Tuesday and in good condition. Interior packaging of the product top-notch. Product conforms to my request. Possibility to pay in three installments with free shipping. I recommend and personally I would order again. Dominique
