Handbag ordered 8 days ago, called twice. Today I am told that the item is not in stock, but debited from my account the next day!!!! Not serious and not sure to have it for Christmas!!!!

Hello, you ordered a handbag on the site on 05/12, which is 7 days from today (not working days as there was the weekend!). It is clearly noted on the product sheet that this product is shipped within 10 working days. We respect the indicated timeframe and have no delays. The timeframe is also noted again in the cart before order validation. We highlight it as much as possible to avoid this kind of problem, especially as the holidays approach. Your delivery is scheduled for next week as announced by phone. Furthermore, regarding payment, we explained to you that like all stores or online sites, payments made by credit card are naturally debited the same day or the next day and, like everywhere, we do not have control over bank sites. Excellent quality bomber jacket! A dream long finally realized. Shipping and receipt time completed in 4 days. Very well protected and accompanied by its certificate and a little extra always pleasant: a hanger. The quality of the outer sheepskin is splendid with an exceptional touch. For its internal fur, sheepskin of equally perfect quality. I wore it these last days in the rain, it is protected.
