Hello, You did indeed place an order on our site on 31/12 for a khaki wallet unfortunately out of stock in this color and after checking with our supplier the color is not being continued. We informed you by email and asked for your wish to switch to another color, model or a refund and you requested to cancel the order. We did this as soon as we received your response. I found this site magnificent, very clear with an endless number of models, leather of very high quality and at all prices! The delivery was very fast, jacket ordered on Sunday evening and received the following Wednesday at noon in perfect packaging! Very nice quality leather, very well tailored and superb cut and all at a very reasonable price. Really, I am very satisfied with this site 'Cuirs Guignard'.

Super quality and very fast shipping time. I recommend. However, disappointed not to have been advised on the size. I had provided my measurements and I was between two sizes. I would have liked the customer service to contact me to advise me better. Upon receipt, the size did not match. I had to return at my expense (17€) on an order of 350€. Too bad. I find it unacceptable to pay such an amount and that the return is not covered by the company.

First of all, the delivery is fast and the package is well taken care of. Great quality for this sheepskin bomber jacket. However, it is too big, I will see how to return it and I hope to be guided by Cuir Guignard if needed as I am not used to doing this kind of process. Loving the model a lot, I ordered it again but one size down.

This is my 4th distance purchase from Cuirs Guignard. The first for low cowboy boots. As always, Julien's advice over the phone made the purchase easier. I didn't know which ones to choose. I found on the boutique's website a rabbit fur vest to give as a gift, the quality of the items that stands out is incredible and makes you want to buy, upon receipt of the item in shorter time than expected! (information taken by phone and very friendly welcome by the way) no disappointments and my wife no longer takes off her rabbit fur because she is so happy with the look and quality! So I subscribed to the boutique to keep track and I think I will renew my purchases at this boutique. Too bad they are too far away, I would love to visit the store and soak in the scents.

2nd order at Cuirs Guignard (a leather jacket in 2022, a leather bag in 2025) Always satisfied with the product received and the responsiveness.
