To validate the order and charge me 12€ for shipping fees despite the price paid, no worries. On the other hand, to confirm a delivery before Christmas as planned when ordering, that becomes just as mediocre. Exchange with customer service cold and uncommercial, because if I cancel while the delivery deadline is not respected, it is up to me to pay for the return. A shame, no commercial fiber!!!

We had indeed put a phrase on the site that for items in stock it was necessary to order before December 16 for delivery before Christmas, but not on all references....
