I am disappointed, I recently bought a black leather down jacket with a beautiful effect and a no less beautiful orange lining, but the latter does not seem to be up to par and is deteriorating as it shows under the closed down jacket!! This is really not up to the standards of such a house!

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, we are really sorry if the product does not suit you and in that case, do not hesitate to return it for a refund. You purchased the DARYL down jacket on sale for 269 instead of 349, it has always had this somewhat sporty lining. Depending on the collections, styles, the linings are different but not of poor quality and as you say, they are not visible. Best regards.

I received a different product than the one ordered. That said, after trying it on, I decided to keep it. When the product is of quality... The price difference was immediately refunded to me. This is my 3rd purchase from Cuirs Guignard and I can only recommend this company. Let's buy French!

The boots ordered were no longer available within the announced time regardless of Cuirs Guignard. A commercial solution was proposed to us at first. A relationship of trust was established. Then the order was honored. Very good customer follow-up. I really recommend it. I thank the team for their professionalism. My daughter was thrilled with the quality of the cowboy boots. Thank you

Delivery language for ten euros in fees. The package was damaged. The item was wrinkled. But well, the cut of the product, the color, I love it.

Superb sheepskin jacket. I was very well advised during my phone call to specify the size that suited me best, as well as on the quality of the jacket. Ultra-fast delivery, in three days. Ultimately, it is exactly the size and quality I expected. Go ahead with your eyes closed, I recommend it 100%. Thank you
