We advise you to lift your pants by not pulling on the loops but more at the waist to avoid weakening them. As for the condition of the pants, we are sorry but we believe it has been worn; indeed, when we received and opened your package, the pants were stained on the front and back like splashes, that is why we could not exchange it. Your pants left the workshop yesterday and were shipped immediately for delivery to you within 48 or 72 hours maximum (return at our expense).
