Great phone reception with a competent, friendly person who knows what they are selling. No phone server where you can't reach anyone (especially once the product is ordered..) The boots ordered for my husband seem to be of superb quality, matching the description. I haven't had the leisure to give them to him yet as it's a Christmas gift, but I think he won't be disappointed. Last but not least; it's really great of this site to extend the possible return period beyond the legal fifteen days when you specify that the gift cannot be given before the big day! So really thank you because it's very appreciated and reassuring!!
